Cancellation: If a customer cancels a trip in advance, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on the time of cancellation and the terms of the specific booking.
Late cancellation: If the trip is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the prepayment may not be refunded.
No-show: If the customer does not show up at the agreed-upon location and does not get in touch, the order is considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
Route or time changes: Any changes to the route, waiting time, or additional stops may affect the final cost of the service.
Exceptions: In the event of force majeure, a significant flight delay, or other unforeseen circumstances, refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
