Bookings: A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from the driver or receipt of a prepayment, if required for a specific trip.
Conduct in the vehicle: Passengers are required to maintain cleanliness and behave respectfully. Smoking, the use of illegal substances, and damage to the vehicle’s interior are strictly prohibited. The customer is financially responsible for any damage to property or the need for professional cleaning of the interior ($250+).
Child Safety Seats: In accordance with Florida state laws, the use of child safety seats is mandatory in cases required by law. The customer must notify us in advance of the need for a child safety seat.
Liability: We are not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle, although we always try to assist with their return.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida in local courts.
